Success Mentorship Session
This is a single high-impact session designed for people don’t have time for months of coaching, but need someone who understands them — their story, patterns, and strengths, in one conversation.
Ideal Candidate
At a crossroads in their career
Growing as leaders but lacking clear feedback
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or misaligned
Navigating identity shifts personally or professionally
Ready to act but unsure what’s holding them back
What to expect in a session
In one conversation, I quickly understand your personality, patterns, strengths & blind spots, work history and future desires.
I am able to parse through the story you’re telling and the real one underneath.
You’ll walk away with the kind of honest feedback most people never receive which will provide clear direction, personalized insight, deeper sense of identity, and actionable next steps.
Why this approach works
My strength is reading people with precision — their emotional landscape, motivations, fears, and potential. I combine that with two decades of HR leadership, career evaluation, and real-world mentorship.
The result: Clarity in minutes, not months.
or
6-Week Coaching Engagement
This engagement is a 6-session coaching engagement, taking place over 6-12 weeks. It is designed for people who know a single conversation isn’t enough, but also know that six months of coaching unaffordable.
Ideal Candidate
Carrying more responsibility than their title suggests
Desires greater leadership or visibility, often having limited feedback on how
Ready to evolve in order to become a leader.
Laid off, fired, or feeling a complete loss for what might come next.
What to expect in a session
Across six (6) 90-minute sessions, I develop a deep understanding of:
your leadership style and emotional patterns,
how you make decisions under pressure,
where confidence, communication, or influence breaks down,
what you’re avoiding — and why, and
what needs to shift for real progress to occur
Between sessions, you’ll have asynchronous support for real-time moments when clarity matters most.
This engagement includes a 360° assessment, along with behavioral and emotional-intelligence assessments designed to help you see yourself clearly — without distortion.
We examine how you lead, how you relate, and how your patterns show up across work and life. Not just what you believe about yourself, but what’s consistently reflected back to you.
This becomes the foundation for focused, honest work — not performative coaching or guesswork.
Why this approach works
My strength is seeing people clearly — and holding them accountable. I combine emotional intelligence, behavioral insight, and decades of HR leadership experience to help individuals not just understand themselves, but change how they operate over time.
The result: Lasting shifts in weeks — not drawn-out coaching engagements that lose momentum.
This engagement is appropriate for self-funded individuals or those sponsored by their organization.
