This engagement is a 6-session coaching engagement, taking place over 6-12 weeks. It is designed for people who know a single conversation isn’t enough, but also know that six months of coaching unaffordable.

What to expect in a session
Across six (6) 90-minute sessions, I develop a deep understanding of:
your leadership style and emotional patterns,
how you make decisions under pressure,
where confidence, communication, or influence breaks down,
what you’re avoiding — and why, and

Between sessions, you’ll have asynchronous support for real-time moments when clarity matters most.
This engagement includes a 360° assessment, along with behavioral and emotional-intelligence assessments designed to help you see yourself clearly — without distortion.
We examine how you lead, how you relate, and how your patterns show up across work and life. Not just what you believe about yourself, but what’s consistently reflected back to you.
